The report your clients will actually read

This is July's report for Halewood Heating, a heating firm that doesn't exist, prepared by Northfield Digital, an agency that doesn't exist either. The purple is Northfield's, their name is on every page, and YourReporting appears nowhere in it. Swap in your logo and colour, and it looks like you.

Seven pages, no jargon. Every number below is real arithmetic on demo data, produced by the same code that writes real reports.

What the seven pages cover

One question per page, in the order a business owner would actually ask. The short version — did last month go well, in four numbers and a chart. Who found you — people who already knew the business's name versus people who searched for a service and found it. What actually brought you business — not which pages got visitors, which ones got the phone ringing. What's nearly working — searches sitting just off page one where an hour's work moves real numbers. What's slipping — declines called out before the client notices, alongside the numbers that look alarming and aren't. Then what we'd do next: three recommendations, in order, sized in visits rather than promises.

Every figure is computed from the connected Google account's data — the commentary is checked against those figures before a report is allowed to send, and a banned-jargon rule keeps words like "impressions" and "CTR" out of anything a client reads. If the writing service is ever unavailable, a plain-English template version goes out instead: a report never simply fails to arrive.
