Terms of service

YourReporting Ltd · Last updated: 10 August 2026 · [SOLICITOR REVIEW REQUIRED BEFORE TAKING PAYMENT]

1. The service

YourReporting produces monthly, white-label client reports from data in Google Search Console, Google Analytics and Google PageSpeed Insights, for the clients you configure, delivered under your agency's branding ("the Service"). We provide the Service with reasonable skill and care.

2. Accounts

You must provide accurate account information and keep credentials confidential. You are responsible for activity under your account. Accounts are for business use by agencies and freelancers, not consumers.

3. Your warranties about client data

Connecting a Google account and mapping properties, you warrant that: (a) you are authorised to access each Search Console and Analytics property you map, including under the Google Analytics Terms of Service; (b) you are entitled to share reports built from that data with the recipients you configure; and (c) your instructions to us to process that data comply with applicable law. We rely on these warranties to act as your processor.

4. Data processing

Where we process personal data within your clients' property data, we do so as your processor under the Data Processing Agreement, which forms part of these terms. Our current sub-processors are listed here.

5. Fees and billing

Plans are billed monthly or annually in advance, in sterling, via Stripe, at the prices shown on the pricing page plus VAT where applicable. Trials are free, require no card, and simply stop if you don't subscribe. Upgrades take effect immediately with a prorated charge; downgrades take effect at the next billing period. If your client count exceeds a downgraded plan's allowance, nothing is deleted — adding new clients is blocked until you're within the allowance.

6. Cancellation

You can cancel from the billing page in one click, effective at the end of the paid period. We don't do retention calls. On account closure we delete your data within 30 days per the privacy policy.

7. Acceptable use

Don't attempt to access other tenants' data, resell the Service as your own platform, use it to send unlawful content, or place load on it clearly beyond fair use of your plan (the Agency plan's fair-use ceiling is around 200 clients — we'll talk to you long before it's a problem).

8. Third-party dependencies

The Service depends on Google's APIs. Where Google's data is delayed, revised, or unavailable, reports may omit affected sections; where Google revokes or limits access, affected features may be suspended. We are not responsible for the accuracy of data as supplied by Google, and reports state their sources and date ranges.

9. Intellectual property

We own the Service. You own your branding and your relationship with your clients. Generated reports are yours to send and reuse with your clients.

10. Liability

Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited. Otherwise, our total liability in any 12-month period is capped at the fees you paid in that period, and neither party is liable for indirect or consequential loss, including loss of profits or business.

11. Changes

We may update these terms; material changes will be emailed to account owners at least 30 days before taking effect. Continued use after that constitutes acceptance.

12. Law

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction.
