Client reports priced by plan, not per client
£39, £79 or £129 a month — not £15 a client, every month, forever. We pull Search Console, Analytics and PageSpeed on the 4th, write the commentary in plain English, and email a PDF in your branding. Your client never sees us.
14 days free. No card. The sample report isn't gated — go and read it.
Your busiest page and your most valuable page are not the same page. The servicing article brought the most visitors and two enquiries; the emergency page brought under half as many and produced seventeen.
The whole point
Per-client pricing punishes you for growing
Every other reporting tool bills you for each client you add. Drag the slider to your agency.
The per-client figure uses £15.60/client/month as an illustrative working rate, not any specific tool's published price — check the tool you use for its current rate at your client count.
The report
Analysis your client can actually read
Not a data dump with your logo on it. Seven pages, each answering a question a business owner actually asks — and not one piece of jargon.
Did last month go well?
Twelve months of context, and the same month last year — so seasonal businesses aren't misled.
What brought business
Visits against enquiries, page by page. They rank differently almost every time — and that gap is the insight.
Nearly working
Searches sitting just off page one, and rankings you already hold that aren't earning the click.
Why it's different
Four things no other reporting tool does
Tells them which page made the phone ring
Most reports show the page with the most visitors. We show the one that produced the most enquiries. It's rarely the same page.
Measures click rate against your own site
Not a generic industry curve. We build the benchmark from the site's own history, so "underperforming" means something you can defend.
Spots pages fighting each other
When two of a client's pages compete for the same search, neither builds up. We find it and say so — without using the word cannibalisation.
Explains the scary numbers
A whole section on things that look alarming and aren't — starting with why average position dropping is often good news.
Setup
About ten minutes, once
Connect Google
Sign in once. Read-only access to the Search Console and Analytics properties you already manage. We never see a password.
Add your clients
Point each at its properties, tell us what you call an enquiry, and say who should receive it.
Add your branding
Logo, colour, sender name. Your client sees your agency — we're nowhere on the report or the email.
Then you stop thinking about it.
Pricing
Three plans. None of them count your clients against you.
Every tier includes every analysis. Nothing is feature-gated, because a reporting tool with the reporting held back isn't a reporting tool. You're paying for headroom, not features.

Questions
The ones people actually ask
Is it really my branding?
Your logo, your colours, your sender name and reply-to. We aren't mentioned on the report, in the email, or anywhere your client can see.
Why the 4th and not the 1st?
Search Console runs two to three days behind and its recent days are provisional; Analytics takes 24–48 hours to finish processing. Reports built on the 1st change after your client has read them. The 4th is the earliest the numbers hold still.
What if the numbers are wrong?
Everything comes straight from Google's APIs, and every table prints its source and date range. One honest caveat: Search Console leaves anonymised searches out of the query table but counts them in totals, so those two never reconcile exactly. We say so in a footnote rather than pretending otherwise.
What are "alerts on clients at risk"?
On the 3rd — the day before your clients' reports go out — we email you about any account where enquiries or traffic have fallen two months running. You get to make the call before the report lands, rather than finding out when they do. It's on the Agency plan, because if you've got five clients you already know how they're doing.
Isn't a 5-client cap just per-client pricing with extra steps?
Fair question, and worth being straight about. There are three prices — £39, £79 and £129 — and two points where you'd move up. Inside a plan, clients are free: your bill is identical at 6 clients and at 20. What that means in practice is that your cost per client keeps falling — £3.95 each at 20 clients, £3.23 at 40, £1.29 at 100. Per-client pricing does the opposite: the same fee per client, at 5 clients and at 100, forever.
What if I have 40 clients?
Then it's £129, and it stays £129 whether you've got 40 or 140. A per-client tool bills you more the moment you win another account.
Do I need to connect my clients' Google accounts?
No — you connect your own Google account, the one that already has access to their Search Console and Analytics properties. Read-only, and you can disconnect it at any time.
What happens to my data?
We store what's needed to build your reports and show history, nothing more. It's never pooled, sold, or used to benchmark across customers. Disconnect and we delete it.
